Michael Ly, CEO of Reconciled
Michael is serial entrepreneur and cloud accounting professional. He is CEO of Reconciled, an online bookkeeping and advisory firm based in Burlington, VT. Launched in August 2015, Reconciled has quickly grown into a nationally recognized firm with a remote team and customers all over the country. He recently launched Saasable, a financial reporting app for measuring recurring revenue metrics. Michael is also Co-Founder of Humnly, an online HR services firm for entrepreneurs and also Co-Hosts Friday Night Live with Accountants on Facebook Live. He is married to a native Vermonter and they are raising three kids in Burlington. Michael holds a MBA from Babson College and a BS from Arizona State University.
Stephanie Stewart, SHRM-CP, HR Generalist of Reconciled
Stephanie is the Human Resource Generalist of Reconciled, a nationally recognized bookkeeping and advisory firm based in Burlington, VT. Stephanie joined Reconciled in 2017 after years of administrative work. With the company's fast growth, Stephanie moved into full-time HR and in the process found a career she loves. She has helped not only double the company’s staff but has also tackled all things HR from Virtual Holiday parties, company retreats and writing handbooks. When not focusing on all things people at work, Stephanie is deep in schoolwork while pursuing an MBA from Central Michigan University.
