Are you aware of employees’ rights regarding paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)? Eligible employees generally include private sector employers with fewer than 500 employees and certain public sector employers. These provisions apply from April 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020, and provides assistance with testing, unemployment, and food & nutrition.

The second portion will be to answer YOUR questions regarding COVID-19 and the workplace. Please join us for an engaging webinar with Vermont’s top employment law lawyers (who we have dubbed the Fab Three), where you can get your questions answered!
