Dr. Jude Smith Rachele will share with you some of the thinking and work Abundant Sun has been doing around the issue of liberal bigotry. It’s not a comfortable combination of words, yet it absolutely essential to take a very close look at your organization’s diversity, equity and inclusion thoughts and practices. This presentation will present critical questions to you about the frameworks your organization is using to help advance and promote diversity, equity and inclusion. It proposes that the very initiatives and strategies designed to create greater fairness and justice within the workplace may actually be perpetuating the very cycles they seek to break.
